What can I do to improve Dupyshon.com?

My website, http://www.dupyshon.com/ is a portal to my other websites. I want it to to display summaries of the other sites, so people can get an overview of what's going on across my websites and then visit each one individually for more information.

Here is a list of the websites that are covered by Dupyshon.com:
http://www.kylanrobinson.com/
http://www.kylanandkristen.com/
http://www.jaronrobinson.com/
http://www.westonstover.com/

How can I unify these sites better? Are there enhancements I can make to the font, layout, etc.? Any suggestions could be helpful.

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I will answer you question honestly but please do not be offended. First, I am confused with your domain name. The domain name should give a hint on what your website is all about. However, after reading your about page, I was amazed to know the meaning of your brother's invented word. It would be better if you put the meaning in your homepage right below the Dupyshon.com so your visitors will understand the term. Second, your blog contains links to other blogs. It is a good idea to include the latest post. However, the latest post in each blog is not proportional with each other. If you are using feedburner, include only 150-200 words in each latest post. If you donot know how to do this using feedburner, just approach me. Third, if I am your visitor, I will ask myself: Who is Kylan Robinson? Who is Jaron Robinson?... It would be great if you will include the picture of the person at the side of the latest post so people would be interested in reading their blogs.

Hey!

I agree with several postings here, so I won't repeat the obvious. The centering, the background image, the blandness of the colors.

It's difficult to know that the different posts are located on external websites, so maybe a back ground color blocking? And I agree with the shortened 'blurbs' with a "read more" re-direct to the other sites...build interest with titles, or dates or something to entertain your repeat visitors. Give continuity between all the sites, that link them together in an understandable way.
Also, I agree with the who are these guys! We need an avatar or an image a bit of personalization to each individual.
A share button to add to facebook, twitter etc, offer up different ways to interact with your audience. Also a tag cloud would help with keywords, traffic and a bit of spice to your site.
Include images and possibly network with other like minded college students to encourage interactivity and comments. Using wordpress plug ins is your best bet for the feeds. ( as stated above)
Good luck!

1. Get rid of the background image - it makes reading difficult.

2. Include a thumbnail of each of the sites to give a bit of visual variety while creating a more obvious content structure.

3. Have the site purpose clearly stated somewhere.

4. Consider using something like Sproutbuilder to pull in RSS feeds from each site. The sproutbuilder widgets can be made sharable, making it easier for your readers to keep up to date.

Hope those help.

Your site is very good, but there are a few major things that I would change.

#1. It helps on the eyes if you put a line down the center of your page. This would make it easier to not get the blogs confused.
#2. A different font for the title would be nice. It would make it look more decorative. I recommend urbanfonts.com for this.
#3. If you put pictures/graphics in, your site would be more visually attractive.

From my point of view, I think you need to add some spice to it, something flashy. Maybe have each website its own block with a style fitting the website. So for the http://www.jaronrobinson.com/ site use that background and on http://www.kylanandkristen.com/ use a photograph for that block. I have work to do otherwise I would try to build what I am talking about.

Hope this helps and good luck
