M$5 Answers
2 pounds premium ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, deveined, deseeded, and finely chopped
5 crimini mushrooms, de-stemmed and finely chopped
1/2 C pepper jack or Muenster cheese, grated
1 egg
3 Tbsp flour
3 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Salt
Preparation:
In a little bit of olive oil, sauté garlic, onion, mushrooms, and jalapeño pepper. Remove from heat. In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, sautéed veggies, soy sauce, salt, and egg. Mix gently with your hands until all ingredients are fully incorporated in the meat. Add grated cheese and flour and mix a little more. Grill or cook, browning the burger on both sides and until desired.
Enjoy!

M$They were light and tasty, did not seem as chewy as a hamburger, yet very thick and juicy.
Here is how she did it:
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 cup dried oats/rice/cracker crumbs (any one of these)
2 TBLS Worchestershire Sauce
1/3 cup chopped onions
salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Mix all that stuff together, make patties, and grill the meat. It is kind of like a meatloaf, but you do not add the tomato based sauces. It tastes just like a burger with flavor. You can substitute your favorite steak sauce for Worchestershire Sauce, too!
As my esteemed colleague mentions, Lipton's Onion Soup has a recipe right on the box.
If you like interesting flavors like curry or even nutmeg or ginger, you can add some to your hamburger meat before you cook it. Any seasoning you would put on your steak can work in your burger.

M$THIS ENHANCES THE FLAVOR AND MAKES THE MEAT TASTE "EXPENSIVE".

M$Hamburgers are actually one of the most versatile dishes out there. Typical additions to hamburgers include Lipton Onion Soup Mix, Tabasco sauce, chopped onions, Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper. Personally, I like to add onion powder, garlic powder, a pinch of salt, ground pepper, chili pepper flakes, dried parsley and little sugar. Then, I mix all of these ingredients together with ground beef. Next, I make patties from this mixture and grill them. They are delicious!

M$1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 pounds ground beef
½ cup water
You just mix all that up in a bowl, shape into 8 patties and cook like normal. Sometimes I cut up some fresh onion to add for texture and top the burgers with sautéed onions, but that’s not really necessary.
