There was construction for Shield's restaurant, but that has been indefinitely halted.
The new Bookie's Bar is under construction (at Cass & Columbia). Although I couldn't find a completion date, it looks as though it'll be under a year
(PS - this is in the same neighborhood where most speculate the new Wings Arena will be built very soon!)
