M$I believe it's a Tricolor border collie. There's a very small possibility that it's an Miniature Australian Shepherd, but that seems pretty unlikely to me.

Interesting!! I didn't know those could be fake dogs. I wanted a border collie but was afraid they would be too energetic, so when I saw that picture I thought "what a good looking dog" and I was hoping it had a different temperament. Thank You!!!
