I live in NH and I did not even look at my eggs or the carton they came in. I simply just threw the whole carton away for the sake of ease and safety. The 2 dollars worth of eggs in my fridge are not worth any risk for salmonella poisoning. - http://www.cdc.gov/salmonella/enteritidis/

This is why you're better off buying local eggs. Support your local farmers! The eggs are fresher too.
