about Marsala
What brand of Marsala would you recommend for making chicken marsala?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

The brand ‘Florio sweet’ comes direct from Sicily and is a favourite wine used by many chiefs in the cooking a variety of marsala dishes. Some cooks however, prefer dry marsala wine or to dilute the sweet marsala with a dry white wine..

No, I was talking of Marsala, with an "r", but this is interesting information anyway. Marsala is a sweet wine from Sicily.
