What are your thoughts on the recent trend of movie reboots?
With Spider-Man 4 being confirmed to be a reboot instead of a sequel and a slew of other franchises being rebooted, what are your thoughts on the trend?
Is it harmful or helpful for the industry to keep relying on classic franchises and what movies would you like to see be given the reboot treatment?

It really depends on the franchise. If a particular movie series is beginning to tire and grow old then a reboot can be a great way to make the material into something new and refreshing. However, some franchises may not need any reboot or sequel if the material doesn't have anything new to offer. James Cameron made a similar remark about the Terminator franchise.
Ultimately though, the movie industry needs to begin to focus on original ideas and stories rather than rehashing the same things over and over.
