Let's start with the good stuff. The Town Car, as always, is a big, comfortable car. It literally drives like a sofa on wheels and it is perfect for long trips. It comes very well loaded with leather and wood-trimmed interior and a 9-speaker, AM/FM stereo with a 6-disc CD changer. What's even better about the new Town Car is that the handling is much improved over previous years.
That being said, there are some downsides. It has quite low fuel economy, at 16 mpg in the city and 24 mpg on the highway. Its 4.6-liter V-8 engine is underpowered, as it only produces 239 horsepower at 4,900 rpm.
All-in-all, the Town Car is a good car, with no real mechanical problems. For comparisons sake, I would suggest looking at the Buick Lucerne and Cadillac DTS as well.
