I think it's perfectly fine. The Goldeneye game is basically an update to the classic FPS, which will not take too many of the attention away from the new game Blood Stone, which is a new idea for a game.
As you stated, the Wii is the only place where you will be able to get Goldeneye. I think people who are curious about why people loved the original Goldeneye so much will flock to it, as will fans of the original game.
I don't have a Wii, so I might be checking out Blood Stone.
