What are your personal top 3 movie scenes of all time?

Critics and large magazines like to compile lists like this. The answer to this should be based on no research whatsoever, just on your own personal feelings and memories upon seeing particular scenes in movies.

My answer would be something like this (pictures correspond to each movie, respectively):

1) "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe..." One of the final scenes in Blade Runner, when Roy saves Deckard. Later, you recognize the Christ symbolism with the nails and even the dove flying away after he dies. The speech that concludes with "time to die" is the best scene in movies ever.

2) "I am your father." There are few people that haven't seen this monumental scene. The emotion and surprise of the scene is still evident no matter how many times you watch it.

3) "It doesn't even hurt anymore." The Sixth Sense started a whole new genre of "trick ending" movies, even though "Jacob's Ladder" did the same thing but no one seemed to remember. I'll never forget my surprise at learning that the psychologist was a ghost too.

1. The scene from Lost in Translation where the folks are singing karaoke in a tall building overlooking Japan. Perfect balance of energy, carefree-ness, and depth.

2. Watchmen, the scene where Dr. Manhattan takes his ex-girlfriend up to mars and finally realizes he has been wrong about people and their importance in the universe. This scene was touching but realistic, and was a major turning point in the film.

3. Aliens. Ripley goes back for Newt and finds the alien queen. She completely demonstrates her dominance over the powerless creature by torching a bunch of the unhatched eggs. And this scene is remeniscent of one in the prequel, Alien, where Ripley goes back for her cat. I love the consistency and dedication of her character.
