What are your favourite audio podcasts?
My faves right now include Collins and Herring, Adam and Joe, Phil and Phill, Selected Shorts, This American Life, The Moth Podcast, Stephen Fry's Podgrams, Escape Pod, You Look Nice Today, Variant Frequencies, Lake Woebegone, Radio Lab, SETI, New Yorker Fiction, Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, Friday Night Comedy, In Our Time, Berkeley Groks Science Show, Fly With Me, Tom Robinson introducing, Ted Talks, Philosophy Bites, Daily Source Code, Thinking Allowed.
And yes, I do actually listen to most episodes. I subscribe via Google Reader so I can choose whether to download. I do pass sometimes if the topic or guest doesn't interest me. I listen to podcasts about 90 minutes a day, on average.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

M$Yup, I also subscribe to Coverville but I don't often listen, mainly because I have so much other stuff to listen to. I do have quite a backlog of Coverville shows to listen to. I'll probably burn them onto CDs and listen in the car. I agree with you that it's one of the best "home-made" podcasts out there, i.e. it's not an offshoot of a newspaper/magazine or radio show.
I also like the Pandora podcasts which are short and sweet. [Too bad we can no longer get Pandora in Taiwan but that's another story!]

M$Security Now isn't for everyone, but I have learned more about technology and the internet from that podcast than anywhere else.
I haven't kept up as regularly with the Scientific American podcast, but I enjoyed it while I listened to it.
I will have to check out some of the other podcasts listed here, thanks for asking this question.

Naruwan... TWiT IS an audio podcast (check the site that was linked) but Leo Laporte also streams video for much of what he does. The Netcast are audio only though with the streaming just being live on his site if you wish to check it out.
TWiT has a TON of downloadable *AUDIO* podcasts. Check out: http://twit.tv/
both online and iTunes.
http://www.podtrac.com/pts/redirect.mp3/aolradio.podcast.aol.com/twit/TWiT0174H.mp3
He also have video too.
I'd rather talk about downloadable *AUDIO* podcasts, rather than streaming video and video podcasts, but thanks anyway for the input :-)
@connectedgeek My bad. I checked the link you provided and didn't find any audio. Guess I should have looked harder. My humble apologies....
@spoon thanks for the clarification. I've been back and have now subscribed to the Futures in Biotech podcast. Looks like fascinating stuff.
