What are your favorite Chinese dim sum dishes?

When I was still single, my friend who works at the same hospital often invited me to eat at a Chinese restaurant. I learn to like the Chinese dishes as well. I have some favorite that every time I think of it my mouth starts to water. I made it a point to order some Chinese foods once in a while and learn to cook some of the recipes too. My favorite are spring rolls, siomai] and. What are your favorite Chinese dishes?

Lightly rinse the dumplings for 5 seconds under hot running water to remove excess starch*.
Drain.
Place the pan containing the dumplings over medium-high heat.
Drizzle 1/2 tablespoons of oil around the dumplings and fry until the bottoms are again crisp about 2 minutes.
Loosen any dumplings that seem to be stuck to the bottom.

I have a lot of favorite Chinese dim sum meals. You have already mentioned some of them. This is one simple and healthy one you might also like. They are easy to prepare:

*Cantonese vegetable pickles

Ingredients :
200g turnip
100g carrot
1 cucumber
¼ cup granulated white sugar
¼ cup white vinegar
2 teaspoonfuls salt

Preparation:

*First, wash and Peel the carrots and turnip. Then cut them into cubes.

*Put into a small bowl and Pour in the salt and marinate mixture for 20 minutes. Then, rinse and drain the vegetables.

*Next, wash the cucumbers and cut them into cubes too, and marinate with a little salt for at least 20 minutes and rinse off the salt .
*Finally, Mix all the vegetables together and add the sugar and vinegar, stir thoroughly with a fork or chopsticks, and soak in the mixture for 6 hours.

*At the time lapse, serve and enjoy
