What are wrestling moves even a non-fan know?

Tip for best answer: M$0.12
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I am a nonfan for sure.

I know of a body slam,Head lock, and the sleeper hold.

That is the extent of my knowledge of wrestling moves.

1. The piledriver!

It has to be the one move that has gotten way popular and hasn't really been used before the popularity of professional wrestling.

2. Chokeslam

It explains itself.

3. Elbow drop

also self explanatory.

That's an easy one: The Piledriver. It's so well known, even figure skaters do it!

The only one I can think of is a figure 4. I'm not a wrestling fan but some of my family watches once in a while.

The IRON CLAW!!!

This probably dates me (big time) but when I was a pretty little guy, I remember watching Kerry Von Eric wrestling and he would OWN fools with The Iron Claw!!

Basically it's your thumb and ring finger gripping the temples with the other fingers gripping the face - it's crippling and you can pretty much lead the victim wherever you want - say into the corner where your Tag Team partner is who will pummel them while the ref is conveniently not looking...

Wow... I can't even find a picture for you - so maybe it's not as awesome as I had at first thought...
