What are up to three superpowers you wish you could have and why? I'll even tip you if you make an interesting name for yourself and why.

Perfect Invulnerability (no damage by any means package)- I'd like to be able to not need to breath, not be bothered by walking on the sun. I wouldn't mind actually personally exploring the deepest parts of the ocean. On the other end of that, the ability to withstand any attack, to not be injured by any weapon forged.

Teleportation (blinking/gating package would be black, not pink... heh)- Natural chain of events would lead a person that can withstand anything to also be able to go anywhere. This would be my travel power.

Super Strength (rage enhanced)- this gives all accountability to me for whatever damage I cause. If I am not mad, no damage can be done- not massively at least. I am a thinker (but then, so was Bruce Banner). None the less, the only way I cause damage is if I choose to get mad at them.

I would call myself "The Force of Hatred". Much in the same vein as "V is for Vendetta" except I would walk the world... explore... and when I came across turmoil or persecution- unleash. Against minor enemies, I'd maintain a calm in the fact they would do themselves more damage than me, but when it becomes uncontrollable odds or super-powered beings, my hate be their burden.

I would like these three superpowers

1. The ability to read people's minds.
- I would like this to be a on/off switch based system in my head so I could decide when I wanted to read and mind, decide whose mind I wanted to read, and decide for how long I wanted to read that mind.

2. The ability to change people's minds.
- I would like to be able to by thinking about it change a persons way of thinking to another that is different than they currently believe. Examples such as views on issues, opinions on topics, personal preferences on anything etc. etc.

3. The ability to erase specific thoughts and memories form people's minds.
- I would like this ability to allow me to erase sections of a persons psyche/memory and I would like the ability to be able to be used on a specific thought or memory, a group of thoughts/memories, or a determined by me length of time erased from their memory.

I would call myself Mr. M and I would hold a very powerful political office.
I am sure you can imagine all of the ways and means these powers would be useful to a very powerful politician and the potential for abuse of these powers in a malicious manner but I assure you my superpowers would only be used for super good. ;)

Haha! You would likely be the guy that shows up at the end of particularly destructive story arc and reins everyone in to a calm. I might happen to be in your town declaring a one-man-war on something... pick a random cause. Only it's more than I can manage, not because there are too many, but because I'm loosing my temper too much and allowing myself to say pissed off... until finally, I've lost my damn mind and teleported out to get a nuclear bomb and thusly teleport in to 'explode' all my enemies, and their neighbors. You had been tied up making the city run smoothly and was willing to allow hospitalizing criminals but when you manage to notice my sudden disappearance, you look around for me in time to notice I lapsed from angry to unreadable... to which point a mental battle ensues, you vs. my absolute rage. The fight is narrowly won when you discovered the catalyst of my rage- the first minor annoyance in the chain- and delete it from memory. I disappear for a few months, where it is later discovered that I had been sitting on a remote island and had mysteriously forgotten how to teleport for a year.

bunny has a point... old Batman saying: "Either die a hero or live to see yourself become a villain."
...and then there's that whole power corrupt thing...

Smart Teleportation - When I say smart Teleportation I mean I couldn't teleport myself to somewhere where it presented a danger. for example I couldn't teleport myself in space the sun or whatever.

Full Mind Control - I wouldn't use violence, or beat up anybody. I would just simply make them stop on there own or make it look like it. This power would also have the ability to read others thoughts, and ultimate-intelligence.

My final power would be to shape shifting - I could change into anyone I wanted. I would use this to "take over the world" - yes I"m a super villain (Muh Ha Ha Ha)

You can call me Aoratos Metamorphosis - In Greek it Means Invisible Shape Shifter, as I would be impossible to detect to the normal person as I would appear just the same.

Ah, the joy of being invulnerable with teleporting. I could teleport into a wall and the wall would give instead of me. I would be what could best be described as a vigilante. As long you aren't oppressing the masses, I imagine my concern with your activities would be minor at best.

Hmm...only three? :o) OK, fine, we can't get selfish now can we?

I would love the ability to make things happen with my mind, you know like dishes...or laundry :o) OR my latest addiction, henna. My mind would come up with henna designs and the henna would draw it perfectly on my hand. This power would also help in expanding the garden (a project we started yesterday).

Unlike you Hatred, I don't mind a little pain (it lets me know that I am alive and kicking- like today, after working out on Saturday, working on expanding the garden yesterday - all in all, I am in a bit of pain). Also I have no desire to walk on the sun :o)'. So the ability to heal ultra fast would be just fine by me. This bruise on my hand would have been gone a week ago!

The ability to retain and use information as necessary would be great...you know for exams, or telling people which dealership you have (oops). I think I just lost the dealership a sale on a $40K car.

I guess my powers are more practical...who would have thunk it?

I don't know about this 'power' and 'ability' buisness though. You know in all the movies, their 'powers' often get turned on them.

I didn't name myself! Oops. I'll be the Maister. My name is Mai and nickname is Sheng. My friends used to call me Shengster. Since my real name is Mai, Maister will work. Its a compilation of Mai and Master. :o). Not that I'm a master of anything, or anybody...yet.

you do what you want and take what you want, possibly get a throng of people following you... and so far you only have to worry about me if your hurting innocent people, Mr. M if... well... he did say he is 'super good'... you might have him looking for you. Me? I'm more the 'if your really really bad' kind of person...

'''Flight'''- I know it sounds cliché. Everyone in the Marvel Universe seems to have this power. And teleportation or super speed might be more practical in terms of getting from one place to another, but the pure fun of it just cannot be ignored. Besides, flying offers a unique perspective to what might be a difficult situation.

'''Matter Transmutation'''- This is the ability to affect objects on a molecular to the point that they turn into something else entirely. Molecule Man and Firestorm both had this ability. While this a an extremely powerful ability it can be a lot of fun too. For instance, one could change bullets into marshmallows or a getaway car into jello. This ability could have tho most impact on the people I would likely choose to help as well. I could feed the hungry, mass produce medicine out of dirt. Depending on the control I'd have I could even house the homeless. I would however have a mental block so this power could not be used for personal gain.

'''Invisibility'''- It would have to be the type that could also hide me from things such as radar and infrared scans. I want to see which of our world leaders are being naughty and which are being nice.

My name would be The Dark Deacon, a fallen angel who was so impatient with how God was dealing with injustice and evildoers he was willing to sacrifice one of his wings in order come to earth and deal his own hard justice.

Man...I got your point...but using power is not easy if ye have watched much movies...ye may find that every character goes through a stage called Initiation. In which he technically knows how he had been an ignorant. If ye would be blessed with matter transmutation, it would take time to get ye ready to use your abilities. Moreover, turning bullets into marshmellows, if talking scientifically, take you much time to change the nature of the elements. In short, Matter Transmutation generally can be used in changing one element to other not like ye can get cooked food from a metal!

now that is a comic book character! heh. Might even do a team-up with you... heh. Not sure how your character would handle an atheist vigilante... lol

I always imagined myself as a pool-playing superhero by the name of The Shark. My costume would be black with a black and white 8 ball on the chest. My finger tips would have splashes of the baby blue that you would find in cue chalk. My weapon of choice would be a cue stick that could come aparat in two pieces to be used as weapons, or stay together as one. I would also carry explosive cue balls.

My powers would include Pure Accuracy. If I went to do something that needed accuracy, it was done. I would be able to aim my cue balls, throw my cue stick, fire a gun, or toss a knife with pinpoint accuracy at a moment's notice. This would fit nicely with the overall theme of my character.

Teleportation would make sence pool balls can often end up in places that you do not expect them. How many times have you slammed the balls as hard as you could and spent hours tracking one of the balls down only to find out that it was under another table on the other side of the room?

Invulnerability would also make sence as pool balls are very difficult to distroy, as is the pool table that you play on.

If I were to go with a forth power, though, it would be High Regeneration and Recovery Speed. If you are going to be a great pool player, you have to be able to recover quickly from a bad play or defeat. If not, you are not going to make it very far.

you and me would likely have a crossover... and not the superheroic kind. It would be more like I'm being stalked and pestered by you as you set out to wreck my daily life. As the story progresses, it's realized I seem to not only NOT try to beat you up, but for some reason am avoiding you at all costs without simply leaving. As luck would have it, I manage to hit the lottery... something decent sized but not big... $10,000 maybe. And just as I teleport to a friends place to celebrate, you manage to teleport in right after me (turns out you weren't stalking me, just following my teleport signature) and snatch my winning ticket from me, appraising and giving me a heartfelt thank you for my winnings. My friend are surprised I submitted defeat so easily- to which point you reveal I already tried to whip your ass to no avail. The issue ends with you retorting something snarky like "Don't try to out hustle the Shark, you always get bit."

Super Brain - Hardly find any heroes that are really really smart. I believe being smart can solve a lot of problem. Especially if you can find a solution for food shortage, economic and prevention natural disaster.

Super Charisma - Make all people to like you, believe you and follow you blindly. Who need a mind changing power if you're like Justin Bible? Saved a lot of politician hard talk...

Duplication - Simple, one hero just ain't enough in today's world...else why do you think there are superman, spiderman, ultraman etc etc...
