What are the water solutions for South West China? If you had $23 million dollars to spend in providing solutions, what would they be?
Here are three of my ideas:
1. Drilling for water and pumping water to rural areas and pipe water to cities.
2. Desalination ocean water and using existing infrastructure to distribute the water
3. Pump water from reservoirs to drought areas
