This is a vague question, but I'm nearly 100% you are referring to MRSA. Like many other skin infections, MRSA symptoms typically include an area on the skin that comes up quickly and is:
Red
Swollen
Painful
Draining or is full of pus
Not getting better with typical antibiotic treatments for routine skin infections is another classic sign of MRSA. It is also common for people to describe the area as looking like a spider bite.
