1. Upload duplication and spam detection (ie. someone uploads the same image, video, sound file, or spam text etc.) A service that prevents this.
2. Intelligent image detection. A service that detects images or videos that are inappropriate, fake, adult image, copyright images, and preventing them from being uploaded before bein flagged.

Amen to number 3.
I don't really need the first two but I know people who would.
I could certainly see the benefit from number 2. If someone could license a software solution that could be integrated server side, they would be able to retire.
