In my own opinion some people are born leaders and others are textbook leaders. Accountability is essential quality for a leader. While it isn't necessary to announce every mistake or failure, being able to accept responsibility for one's actions shows character. Honesty is a must for a leader, as their crew needs to be able to trust that what they say is true. Hard working is another essential quality as workers will mirror their supervisors. Compassion provides those following the comfort and allows the leader to be approachable. Lastly, passion. This is what will help drive the team to accomplish their goals.
