Everlong - Foo Fighters
Its a great song and the video just kind of shows off their sense of humour. Plus it has a cool pseudo-reality plot.
Take on Me - Aha
I have to agree with this from another answer. The video is really well done, a merging of reality and a drawn reality in an interesting and entertaining way. Despite its age it doesn't look dated at all.
Rabbit in your headlights - Unkle/Thom Yorke
Again I have to agree here. This was one of my favourite to watch for a long time. It conveys the message of the song so well with a climatic ending that is incredible.
Weapon of Choice - Fatboy Slim
This video is just cool, Christopher Walken doing some sweet dance moves and flying to finish it off. It suited the music so well too.
Here it goes again - Ok Go
A cool idea for a video that is very effective and mesmerising to watch. It was a tough choice for the last, but this is a great video. I'm gonna go watch it again now.

An interesting note, there's a series of DVDs titled "The Work of Director..." which are amazing. The link to Amazon shows a few of them. I think it's awesome to see, for example, Mark Romanek did Jay-Z's "99 Problems" and Fiona Apple's "Criminal" and NIN's "Perfect Drug" along with so much more.
