What are the tell tale signs that your child is Emo?

I was emo at one time. So from my experience, I was always wearing black or liked wearing chains, skulls, etc. I would listen to heavy metal, rock, dark music. I either wanted to be shut up in my room or wanted to be alone when I was at home with my parents. At school, there was only certain friends I would talk to. I always seemed like the shy type because I wouldnt talk to anyone except for my friends. It varies from person to person to determine if they are emo.

This is just a personal observation with emo kids. If he/she wanted to be alone most of the time, his/her fashion statement is always dark in colors especially black shirt, pants. His/her hair covered half his/her face or one eye.
