This is why the Koran and the Bible differ even though their basic belief in the entity known as God (or Allah in Islam) is the same. The difference is that Christians believe in the triune God, one God in three different manifestations. Christians believe that God the Father (Allah in Islam), Jesus his son and the Holy Spirit make up the one entity known as God. Muslims only believe in God the Father and see the Christian triune God as polytheism, which they don’t agree with or believe in.

Muslims also believe that Islam is the complete and universal version of a primordial faith that was revealed at many times and places before, including through the prophets Abraham, Moses and Jesus.3 Muslims maintain that previous messages and revelations have been partially changed or corrupted over time,4 but consider the Quran to be both unaltered and the final revelation from God.
