Pros:

Agnostics have greater intellectual freedom:
If you believe there is a single divine cause or explanation for something, it focuses your thought process on seeking or understanding that divine cause or explanation. If you do not have that preconception, you are free to explore any possible cause or explanation that you can dream up or prove.

Agnostics have greater moral freedom:
If you believe in a divine being that requires a particular type of worship and a specific prescribed set of morality, it shapes the functioning of your conscience and the way you judge yourself and others. If you believe that mere mortals cannot understand the will of god nor even be certain that there is such a god, all of your actions and judgments become the result of your free will and you are free to act however you see fit.

Agnostics Are Free to be Proud of Themselves:
When Agnostics do good it is entirely because they want to as they have no expectation of heavenly rewards and no fear of divine punishment. If agnostics create a thing of beauty or usefulness, they are free to take pride in their skills and accomplishments. This frees agnostics to take pride in their actions without guilt, even though such pride is considered sinful or harmful by many other religions. It allows for a greater sense of self worth as they do not purport to know of a greater being than themselves. This frees a person to create their own definitions of "good", and for better or worse it allows them to in good conscience behave differently than followers of a particular religion.

Cons:

Agnostics Miss Out on Spiritual Related Social Interaction:
Devout churchgoers are a sort of fraternity. If you throw a Christian out of an airplane and parachute them into a random large city, chances are good that they will be able to find someone who shares their beliefs. They need only look for the closest steeple or crucifix and they are likely to find someone who may treat them with an extra degree of consideration. Religious organizations come with social groups, activities and counseling that help people feel like they belong. Agnostics more or less have to fend for themselves as there are far fewer specifically agnostic social organizations.

Agnostics Don't Come With Instructions:
Most followers of organized religions have a sacred book to tell them how to behave and how to think (Bible, Qur'an, Torah, Tao Te Ching, etc.). By imposing limitations on morality and behavior these rule books can help people focus and achieve the goals of their religion. Since agnostics don't have sacred texts, they must figure things out as they go. While this is extremely liberating, it can also be filled with uncertainty and mistakes.

Agnostics Are Spiritually Alone:
Without a belief in a divine being there is nothing to pray to for help, seek divine guidance from or seek perfect forgiveness from. Agnostics must find their motivation and inspiration from within and be strong enough to forgive themselves for their own misdeeds. The freedom from a belief in knowable higher power increases the burden of personal responsibility.

Agnostics Risk Divine Retribution:
Agnostics sincerely do not believe that any of the mainstream deist religions are correct and thus they have no choice but to live within the dictates of their own good consciences. Nevertheless, if any of a number of religions are correct, they will face an afterlife of suffering simply because they were unable to place their faith in something that seemed completely unknowable to them.
