What can happen in bone deformation? How does it happen? Does it affect everyday life?

Hello @time2fly!
These are the different conditions that can cause deformation of the bones. Yes, it can truly affect everyday life of a person who has this condition because they will not be able to do things that a normal person can do like engage in different sports and if the condition is much worse they will even have difficulty in doing their activities of daily living like simply holding spoon and fork to eat, brushing the teeth, combing hair, taking a bath and doing household chores.
These are the different bone diseases that can lead to deformation of bones
*Fibrous dysplasia - in this condition there is an anomaly in the development of the bone. This can be commonly seen during childhood and thought to be a congenital disorder. The bones become thinning which can lead to weakness of the bone and scar formation within the bones.
*Osteomalacia - there is softening of the bones due to lack or deficiency in Vitamin D or problems with the metabolism of this vitamin. Osteomalacia means soft bone and the bones here are soft, weak and likely to break
*Rickets - this is an abnormal bone formation in children due to lack or inadequate calcium in the bones. The bones in rickets failed to mineralize because of insufficient calcium.
*Osteomyelitis - there is an infection of the bone that lead to this condition. This is usually caused by a bacteria that comes from the bloodstream that reached and spread to the bones. There are many types of bacteria and viruses that can cause this conditions.
*Avascular necroris - this is a disease due to poor blood supply to an area of a bone that cause death of the bone. This conditions is often associated with severe and unrelenting pain.
*Osteoporosis - this is a disease of bone where there is loss of the normal density of the bone which makes it prone to fracture. This often occur in older people and women after menopause.
*Paget's Disease - this is a chronic disorder of the bone where the bones become enlarged and deformed. The bones are dense but fragile because of excessive breakdown and bone deformation. This condition further lead to bone pain, arthritis, bone deformities and fracture.
