What are the over-the-counter sleeping pills that are available in Canadian pharmacy?
My sister-in-law and her family recently moved to Canada. She has been having insomnia and the move and adjustments is making it worse.She is planning to buy sleeping pills that does not require prescription. Is there such pills that exist? If yes, What are the brands of sleeping pills that she can buy in Canadian pharmacy? Can she buy them online?

I know one medication that is over the counter anywhere is called valerian root. You can buy this not only at your local pharmacy but also at major stores such as Walgreens CVS, Walmart ad places like that. One huge great thing about this pill is it is made up of all natural ingredients and the main one is only a plant called Valerian root. This would be something to look into it is definitely a healthier alternative to over the counter drugs you would have to worry about something else being there!
