The energy conditions of a worm hole are area, mass, surface gravity and energy conservation. They connect different parts of space and time. Worm Holes were found by studying black holes. Negative matter stabilizes a wormhole. Check out this first video......................

I know there is no proof that they exist but I was just trying to answer the question as best as I could. But if you listen to the first video, the scientists talk in past tense as if the wormholes have already been discovered.
Wormholes are a speculative theory. There is no proof that they exist, or even really possible. The idea has as much to do with our cluelessness about what happens inside a black hole as with any inherent plausibility.
It would be nice if they existed though. :)
