What are the main differences between the iMac and a PC?
I have always owned a PC, but I am hearing more and more about the iMac, and I am becoming curious about them. Is the iMac user-friendlier than the regular PC?
I have read some of the specs but that really does not explain to me the main differences. Can someone put it in a non-professional way so that I can understand what makes one better than the other?
I would appreciate any insight someone could offer to make me understand what it is that others find so attractive in the iMac.

PC refers to Personal computer while Imac refers to Internet Macintosh (Apple)
A Mac comes with everything you need for your email, calendar, contacts, browsing the Internet, and more. It’s all part of the Mac operating system: Mac OS X Snow Leopard. And if your daily routine includes watching movies and TV shows from iTunes, iMac brings entertainment to your desktop with a brilliant 16:9 widescreen display which are least in a PC.
Mac OS X isn’t plagued by constant attacks from PC viruses and malware while regular PCs are prone to virus and malware attacks often.
