What are the latest fashion trends?
Do magazines or blogs keep up with fashion better? Are there expert authors in the field that I should read? Are celebrities a good place to look for fashion?

Celebrities are always a good place to look for trends, just make sure it's someone who shares your style. I find blogs keep up with fashion better because they tend to be more current. Magazines are still a great fashion resource though. As far as exeperts, Stefanie London is my personal favourite. She's good a great, classic style and is really good at knowing what will suit different kinds of people.
