What are the India's delicacies, cuisines, tidbits that you would recommend to a non-Indian tourists ?

I have tried roti prata (roti canai), naan, tandoori chicken, masala chicken, dosai...

Are there others that I should try ?

The Indian food is a variety of food with many tastes and flavors spread throughout India.
As you travel from one part of India to another you will find different types of food available everywhere.

Indian food is mix of all the balanced diets. It has got fiber, carbohydrates, fat, etc.
Many Indian dishes use more than 10 spices in their cooking which are full of medicinal value.

Here are some Indian food delicacies out of many.
North Indian cuisine ---Briyani and Pulav varieties(made out of special variety of rice), Tandoori chicken, chicken curry, Paneer tikka, palak paneer, aloo paratha, chhole bhature, Fish curry,

Tit bits - Pav Bhaji, Dhokla, Bajji, Vadai, Cutlet, Bhel puri, Pani puri, Samosa and so on.

South Indian Cuisine - Idli,Aappam, Idiaappam, vadai, dosa, poori, pongal , chutney,sambar , koottu, poriyal rasam and variety of rices are famous.

Sweets - Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Ras malai, Halwa, Kheer, Jalebi, Kaju Katli, Laddu, Jangri,
Athirasam, paniyaaram, panchamirtham, paayasam and so on.

You should also try Indian desserts and sweets. The desserts and sweets are unique from any other part of the world. They are easy to make and you can prepare them at home, too. Here are some delicious Indian desserts:

· Gulab Jamun (milk dumplings in sugar syrup)
· Sooji ka Halwa (Semolina pudding)
· Gajar ka halwa (carrot fudge)
· Kheer (rice pudding)
· Badam Halwa ( Almond Fudge)
