Cycling is one of the best cardio exercise. It tone your muscles but not as good when it comes to flexibility and stretching like swimming. One thing that I find it different from any form of exercise is having fun while keeping fit!

The health benefits of cycling are primarily that it is a much lower impact sport compared to running, so your knees do not become an issue later on in life, as is the case with runners. Another health benefit (in my opinion) is that because you are outdoors and moving at a higher speed than running you tend to enjoy and therefore persist through the exercise. People of all ages, young and old do bicycling, and as of late it has become a popular sport as a result of the Tour de France / Lance Armstrong in past years. It is great for your cardiovascular system, improves balance, and is a great way to keep your metabolism high while meeting new people in new places. As a road cyclist for the past year, I have definitely enjoyed every minute of it.

Bicycling is a fun activity that can be enjoyed by both children and adults alike. A fantastic workout, it is not only enjoyable, but improves your overall fitness. Bicycling health benefits are:

It is a good exercise that helps to improve your energy and overall physical can mental well being. For my household work I always use my Hero Octane Orion..I love riding on my Hero :)
