What are the health benefits of bathing in the hot springs?
I have heard my friends talk so much about going to have a soak in the hot springs. Anytime I go to the spa with one of my friends , all she talks about is how one of her colleague’s skin looks after taking a week vacation to Arkansas hot spring. Does anyone know any other benefits of soaking in the hot springs. How is it different from a hot soak in your bath tub?

European medical doctors have conducted research into thermal therapy, and have found that:
1. Hydrostatic pressure in the body is increased
2.This results in increased blood circulation and cell oxygenation
3.The elimination systems of the body are thus stimulated, improving the body's capacity to detoxify
4.The body's metabolism is stimulated
This results in improved digestion
3 to 4 weeks of regular thermal bathing can assist in the normalization of endocrine glands and assist the automatic nervous system

According to what I researched, the hot springs have specific minerals in it that differs on what you could do in your regular bath tub, therefore the incredible health benefits.
