What are the greatest sites to learn knots?

Tip for best answer: M$2.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

If you're good at working with pictures, iwillknot.com promises to teach even the most knot-challenged!
http://www.iwillknot.com/

Animated knots by Krog covers many different areas of knot tying, from household and decorative to climbing and scouting. This is the site that covers the full spectrum of basic knot needs.
http://www.animatedknots.com/

Of course Youtube has tons of videos that will show you how to tie just about any knot if just using pictures doesn't really cut it.
I thought the Blood Loop Dropper (used in climbing) sounded good to show!

Just to make sure I cover all my bases with your question, I'm throwing a page on Don Knots.

There are tons of websites for different kinds of knots, this one for regular scouting knots, which reminded me of my brother in boyscouts:

and this one just because I thought it was pretty ;)

My favorite knots happen to be Japanese bondage knots. Kinbaku translates as "erotic bondage" or "the beauty of tight bondage". Also called Sokubaku. Wikipedia describes Kinbaku as a practice which "involves tying up the bottom using simple yet visually intricate patterns, usually with several pieces of thin rope usually hemp or jute (generally 6 mm or 8 mm in diameter)".
The word Shibari came into common use in the West at some point in the 1990s to describe the bondage art Kinbaku. Shibari (縛り?) is a Japanese word that literally means "to tie" or "to bind". It is used in Japan to describe the artful use of twine to tie objects or packages.

I would go to ehow.com, and search knots. You'll get a bunch of hits, and they will give you the exact information you're looking for.

You can improve your answer by providing a variety of links, yourself, and writing summaries about what these links have to offer. Citing eHow (or Yahoo! Answers or Wiki Answers) on Mahalo Answers is like Ford recommending that a buyer go to Chevrolet to find a great car. Nevertheless, welcome to Mahalo! We look forward to your growth as a valued member of the Mahalo Answers community.

This is a great site I came across a few weeks ago. It focuses exclusively on shoelaces, though. I never would've guessed that this much information about shoelaces existed.

Be forewarned...this site has been known to cause severe incidents of internet-time-loss...
