What are the governing bodies or organizations that evaluate carbon credits ?
If some projects can be evaluated to give some carbon credits, it may have extra revenue.

The Kyoto Protocol provides a mechanism for carbon credits. This is through the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. This is the only agreed international way of carbon credits being used.
