what are the good vitamins for the skin?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Definitely Vitamin E. Has always been the top vitamin for skin. Open capsule, apply to skin, even to blemish, and also take orally. You should notice a difference within days.

First off D is essential...generally if you are out in any sunlight you get your vitamin D so no supplement is needed unless you have a skin disorder that prevents any sun exposure. You will even get enough with a light SPF on. Vitamin E will also give your skin some extra oil.
I would truly recommend simply taking a prenatal vitamin everyday. Those have all of the added necessities in small increments and everything will grow and look better. Your skin will look better and be healthier, your hair and nails will grow fast too. Of course this is just my personal suggestion I am not a doctor.
