What are the good softwares/apps to make 2D video clips to 3D ?

The most common of these are Nuke using Ocula, Fusion, Toxik (now in Maya), and After Effects.
Autodesk 2011 Versions of Flame, Flare, Smoke and Lustre also support stereoscopic compositing.
Generally 2D elements are shot in Stereo for combining into a stereo final. However the tools above also include special tools to correct stereo depth and to create it even if the 2D material did not originally contain it.
