what are the four main styles of capoeira?
There are two styles that many know of, and then under those two there are two more.

This is a very good answer, but capoeira performances is not style of capoeira. It is a performance of the art.
Your info on them are a tad wrong.
Angola is more tot he ground, more dirty, more traditional, and such.
Regional of today (it's a mix of Bimbas Regional and Senzala) is more upright, and aggressive and acrobatic.
Both are good for fighting, but Angola has more techniques for fighting and teaches also weapons and such.
Capoeira Contemporânea is actually a mix of both Angola and Regional. Some lean toward one more than the other.
Then there is the fourth one which is Benguela.
Otherwise, not a bad answer. I am a capoeirista, and I wanted to ask this question to see what I would get.
