M$According to http://www.canadiancrc.com/paternity_determination_blood_type.aspx, 2 O blood type parents can produce only O blood type child; 2 A blood type parents can produce either A or O blood type child; 2 B blood type parents can produce either B or O blood type child; 1 parent and another B blood type parent can produce either A, B, AB or O blood type child; 1 A blood type parent and another AB blood type parent can either produce A, B or AB blood type child; and 1 A blood type parent and another O blood type parent either can produce A or O blood type child.
I am not a doctor so I cannot give you details on how blood types work and what are the possible consequences when incompatible blood types (they say) combine. For further readings, check on the links given and these sites:

M$There are four main human blood types but blood typing does not end there...
The four basic or main blood types are A, B, AB and O
The reason I said that blood types do not end there is because there is an additional equation to be made when blood typing is performed which adds an equation to blood typing results.
In blood type A there is an A protein present. In blood type B there is a B protein present. In blood type AB, both the A and B proteins are present and in blood type O there are no A or B blood proteins present.
The Rhesus Monkey (Rh) is another protein that requires testing for in order to type blood. If an A blood sample has tested positive for Rh or Rhesus Monkey protein, then the A blood type then becomes A+ and this works for each blood type providing an extra further 8 different possible blood types.
