What are the first ten amendments to the American constitution and what are they commonly referred to as?

The first ten amendments are known as the Bill of Rights. They are as follows:
Amendment 1 - Freedom of religion, of the press, of speech, to petition, and to assemble
Amendment 2 - The right to bear arms and maintain a militia
Amendment 3 - No quartering of soldiers in private homes during times of peace or war, unless prescribed by law
Amendment 4 - No unreasonable searches or seizures
Amendment 5 - No double jeopardy (being tried for the same offense twice); right to not testify against oneself; property cannot be taken for public use without just compensation
Amendment 6 - Right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury; right to counsel; right to cross examine witnesses
Amendment 7 - In a civil suit involving more than $20 there is a right to a trial by jury
Amendment 8 - No excessive bail and no cruel and unusual punishment
Amendment 9 - Rights unlisted in the Constitution are not necessarily denied
Amendment 10 - Powers not delegated to the federal government or denied to the states by the Constitution are reserved to the states or to the people
