1) Greek myths. These stories, and the art and architecture they inspired, provided an important foundation for Western culture. They're also terrific stories that continue to capture the imagination.

2) Fabulous Greek food - moussaka, dolmades, feta, olives, bread with honey. Fresh Mediterranean ingredients and well-balanced flavors.

3) Nature - beautiful beaches and sea views. Forests and mountains in other parts.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

1) My trip there to visit my brother in Athens during spring break of my first year of law school (AWESOME).
2) delicious street/snack food (I especially loved tiropetes and bougatsa)
3) amazing architecture and history (my bro was studying archaeology there so we got some really interesting insight into all of the 'culture')

And one extra, for fun: wine! I hope to be able to try more Greek wines, but it's hard to find them around here (U.S.). I hear that the white wines are especially interesting.
