What are the best websites for learning how to cook?

Tip for best answer: M$2.01
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Cooking is very interesting, quite aggressive, controlling and sometimes exciting to me. Some people love to eat and some people love to cook because of the creativity involved and or because of the output. There may other persons who love to cook and entertain their best friends with the cooking items. I personally love to cook, love to eat, love to entertain and to be entertained. Cook ingredients that you are comfortable with the ingredients you are using. I used to cook by other techniques, such as fish, chicken, eggs or hamburgers. Cooking is the only time you really know exactly what goes in what you eat. If you like to be a vegan, and as someone trying to eat for the health and to get in better shape, this is important. I usually follow vegan recipe to entertain the vegan friends and follow the “Vegan Coach” for Vegan Cooking. The “Vegan Coach help me to cook nutritious foods with fun and gaining confidence. You may follow the following quote for details:

Hi Mike, why not take a look at a couple of British chefs!

My all time favorite is Jamie Oliver, he keeps everything as easy as possible, but he is very innovative and original. Check out jamieoliver.com this is a large website and I'm sure you will find something of interest there.

I used to watch his television programs and was impressed by the way he kept the recipes simple, but produced great looking results.

Another favorite is Nigella Lawson. Once again, she likes to create great food but excels at keeping it as uncomplicated as possible.

My favorite American chef is Bobby Flay, he is so creative and can produce wonderful looking food. Have a look at his page on starchef.com for tips and ideas.

If you are just beginning with cooking, watch the television cooking channels like Food Network, you can learn so much from watching the best chefs in action.
