What are the best ways to beat procrastination and depression?

I have no idea what to do. Please help.
Tip for best answer: M$0.10
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

By developing a new and more structured routine, anyone can break the cycle of procrastination and depression. Just follow these steps...
• Create a list of tasks
• Prioritize the list
• Use a planner or calendar to comply with it
• Divide your time apropriately for all the tasks
• Always be realistic
• Realize that sometimes it's necessary to break the routine
• Be confident and believe yourself

I expect your depression could be a symptom of your procrastination. Without more info to go on, it's a bit tricky to be certain! I recommend taking the first step in doing what it is that you are putting off. When you take action the universe answers, you will be surprised at the result. Take a small first step, so for example, if you have a lot of bills to pay but are not sure where you are financially, just collect all the bills into a folder as step 1. That will stop your procrastination and you should start to feel better because you are one step closer to your aim. Feeling a bit better will encourage you to take the next step. Good luck.
