Of course, we love grilling out potatoes. We like to coat the outside skins with olive oil and some sea salt. Wrap them up and bake them. It works best if you have a top rack, so they outsides don't burn before the insides get done.
Something else we love to do is form a pouch with foil. Then chop up some cabbage and place it in the pouch. Then through in some butter and grill it until tender. This is really tasty!
