What are the best-selling books on cooking?
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Hello mmng23!
There are so many great cookbooks out there. Amazon.com has their list of best sellers here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers/books/6 and they’re all on sale! My favorites from their list are Cook This Not That and In Defense of Food.
Amazon also has several gluten-free cookbooks that have been highly rated by customers. Gluten-Free Baking Classics by Annalise G. Roberts is an excellent choice for making sweets. And, The Wheat-Free Cook: Gluten-Free Recipes for Everyone by Jacqueline Mallorca has a ton of everyday recipes.
Also, allrecipes.com is a great website for recipes. You can search by the ingredients you would like to use, by title, or by theme, such as, gluten-free.
A couple of good sugar substitutes are honey, agave nectar, stevia, or Truvia. Sugarsubstitutes.org explains all of the different options.
Hope this helps!
