What are the best runner's insoles for a "normal" arched foot?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Today's shoes are pretty sophisticated and shouldn't need any additional insoles/inserts for most people. If you have normal arches, this is espically true. Of more importance is whether or not you have a neutral foot strike of if you over-pronate. All of these can be accounted for by the shoe.
Runner's World has some great reviews, but lots of other sites can help you find a good shoe for your foot type.
