What are the best professions for a rogue in World of Warcraft? Why?

iv never rolled a rouge but on any other class in the game you should get a profession that will 1 get the profession that will give you the stars u want increased I.E mining for prot warrs gives more HP for their tanking and 2 give you the gear or weps you want like blacksmithing for combat rouges or armor smith for warrs Dk's n pallies if i were a rouge i think the most logical profession to to get is skinning and leatherworker skinning will up your crit stats and leatherworking the armor you will want later on
