What are the Best Plugins for a Wordpress blog?
Please answer based on personal experience (not just a reference to a list already on the web), what plugins have worked best for you.

I run a couple of Wordpress blogs. I find the most useful plugins are the ones that help me to promote my pages. I use Tweetme so that my new posts get automatically posted to my Twitter feed. I use AddtoAny so that I can post my blog entries to other sites such as Facebook, StumbleUpon, Digg and Reddit with ease. I also have a plugin that I use to display my Twitter feed on my Wordpress blogs so that visitors can go to my Twitter page and add me if they want to. I also use the Google Adsense plugin so that I can make money via ads that Google places on my blog. These ads are customizable so that only relevant content is displayed on your blog. Best of all is Akismet, which filters spam comments so that they do not get posted on my blog.
