M$Take a look at xTuple (www.xtuple.com is the company site, and www.xtuple.org is the community site). It's been the most active project on the Sourceforge open source portal for well over a year, and the functionality covers more than most mid-market ERP packages. There are a number of videos on the xtuple.com website that walk you through various functional areas of the software, and of course, extensive documentation to help you after you download it.
