What are the best online Brain Teaser sites?

I really like brain teasers and critical thinking puzzles. I think they stretch the mind. I'm wondering what you think the best online sites are for these... there are both paid and free brain teaser sites. Feel free to include both.

I'm not looking for you to just go search and post a list. I want you to really look at the sites and tell me which ones you think are the best and why.

Best answer goes to the one I think does the best job. =D

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.
