Santa Monica is a fantastic place to stay and visit while in Southern California. There are hundreds of shops, and restaurants all in walking distance from the beach. Movie theatres, the Santa Monica Pier, and Third Street Promenade are just few of the activities you will have to choose from.
Some of the most famous five star hotels in the world sit right on the sand in Santa Monica. Hotel Casa Del Mar and Shutters on The Beach sit right next to each other and are known for their celebrity sightings and luxury rooms. Fairmont Miramar, and Loews Santa Monica are also beautiful luxury hotels. The Viceroy sits only across the street from the sand and has one of the best night spots in town. If you’re looking for something a little more affordable you can try the Double Tree Santa Monica, The Georgian Hotel or The Ambrose. All great spots for a great Southern California vacation.
