Some of the foods you should try consuming often are plenty of vegetables and fruits. Also consume foods rich in fiber like bananas, oat bran and freshly ground flax seeds. Try having fish as it one of the best ways to prevent having heart disease. Avoid taking unhealthy foods such as burgers, pizza, fries and bacon. Sweets, cakes and chocolate which involve lot of cholesterol.

Blueberries are real good heart food. They contain alot of antioxidants and reduce inflammation in the arteries. Fruits, vegetables and a nutritional daily supplement are probably your best bet for daily heart health. Learn more at this site: http://www.healthy-heart-meditation.com/heart-healthy-diet.html
