What are the best engineering companies for African Americans seeking employment?
- Target structural and mechanical engineering jobs
- Concentrate only on African American hiring and promotion opportunities
- Disregard generic "minority" hiring policies
- Disregard other disadvantaged or under represented groups

While I'm not sure that there is a company that meets all of these requirements ( due to laws regarding fair hiring practices), I did find a few companies that were specifically interested in African American engineers.

This article says that Siemens Corp (based in New Jersey) is actively recruiting African American engineers. It also mentions Nissan (and other Detroit based companies) are good places for African Americans to look for engineering jobs.
